- BPO/Customare care representative will manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails.
- Answering calls and resloving queries regarding the course provided.
- Systematic update of records as prescribed
- Regular follow up of leads and its update in records
- Reaching out to potential clients on time and converting them into a customer
- Fresher’s can also apply
- Excellent communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focused approach.
- Follow up old clients and and encourage them to join our courses
- Meet daily and monthly targets
- Regular at work
- Willing to extend availability beyond office hours
